Our Story So Far

Tentoes Professional footwear is a creation of the well established portuguese shoe manufacturer Carité Shoemaking Group that has its origins in 1990, and which business core was geared towards Private Label production of footwear for Internationally renowned brands.

As the business continued to grow throughout the years, the CEO/founder Mr Reinaldo Teixeira, took steps to introduce new ideas in development and reorganization, with the aim of developing his own Safety brand “Made in Portugal”; thus creating Tentoes Professional footwear in 2019 using more than 30 years of experience in the industry and the latest know-how.

Tentoes Professional footwear is using a combination of high quality materials and handcrafted elements, designed with sustainability and the perfect fit in mind, for the most demanding customer who likes to work with products of excellence. High aesthetic standards and modern design come together to create a comprehensive and versatile safety footwear range, ensuring the safety and health of the user.

We are based on a policy of continuous improvement. We have a very strong sustainable component in our DNA; using sustainable materials in the production of our collections and frequently searching for sustainable innovations that we can adapt to our products.
